Cape Mac Warranty – Cape Mac guarantees your used Mac to be in good functioning condition, excluding any limitations disclosed at time of purchase. Should a problem with the machine develop or become apparent within the warranty period, Cape Mac will repair or replace the machine, or refund the full purchase price, at our option.

Warranty exclusions:

1) Notebook batteries are tested at time of purchase to charge and run the computer at idle for 30 minutes, but no warranty is made or implied regarding charge or service life of used batteries.

2) Installed software (including operating system) is provided as a convenience and, unless otherwise stated, without install disks. No warranty on software is expressed or implied.
