When Apple stopped making docks for the iPhones, we had a lot of unhappy customers. Folks really liked the ease of setting their phone in a dock to charge without having to fumble with wires (and we have to admit it kept workspaces looking clean). 

Apple relented with the release of the 5s and 5c, but the docks aren’t universal — you pick one up for either model. For those of us in households with multiple iPhones, we though this universal dock from Sonix was a great solution. It has a 3ft extension cable to allow you to place the dock wherever is most convenient. It also has inserts so that you can charge it with or without a case — a nice feature, since removing cases just to charge the device can be a bit of a nuisance.
