The base model is now $1499, down from $1699. The high end model now has a faster 2.6GHz dual-core processor and is now priced at $1699, down from $2199.
15″ Macbook Pro with Retina Display
Both models have received new, faster processors. The base model, priced at $2199, now has a 2.4GHz quad-core processor (up from a 2.3GHz quad-core processor). The high end model has a 2.7GHz quad-core processor (up from 2.6GHz quad-core process0r) and now has 16GB of RAM (up from 8GB).
Apple’s Macbook Pros with Retina Display are their top of the line laptops. They also have excellent processors, giving them the power to run demanding programs with ease.
